Shipping policy
Items purchased on the &GoodAgain online store are delivered all across Europe. You can find the delivery methods, terms, and prices below.
Studio pickup. FREE pickup on the same business day at the &GoodAgain studio, located at Sodų g. 8A, Vilnius LT-01313. Pickup is only available after receiving an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. You can find the studio's contact information and business hours in the 'Contact' section.
Parcel terminals. All shipments are sent via our partner VENIPAK. Once your shipment arrives at the selected Venipak parcel terminal, you will be notified through the contact information provided in your order. You will receive a code needed to collect your package.
Delivery terms and prices through parcel terminals:
- Within Lithuania: 1-3 business days - 3 EUR
- In Latvia and Estonia: 1-3 business days - 5 EUR
Courier. Your shipment will be delivered to the address you provided by a VENIPAK courier. On the delivery day and/or the evening before, you will be notified via the contact information provided in your order about the planned arrival time of the courier.
Delivery terms and prices by door-to-door courier:
- Within Lithuania: 1-3 business days - 5 EUR
- In Latvia: 1-3 business days - 7 EUR
- In Estonia: 1-3 business days - 9 EUR
- In Poland: 1-3 business days - 9 EUR
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are prepared and shipped on the same business day, orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Delivery is free for orders over 100 EUR.
