Return policy
&GoodAgain online store sells new and used items. They are subject to different return policies.
Return policy for new items
Purchased new items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date if they are undamaged, unused, or otherwise not altered and retain their original appearance.
Return policy for used items
Used items purchased on &GoodAgain.com are non-returnable, so please carefully review the items and assess their condition before placing an order.
A return for used items is only possible in exceptional cases, such as when the item has defects not mentioned in the description, or if the wrong item was delivered (e.g., incorrect size, color or model). In such cases, the buyer has the right to return the item within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to the buyer.
How to return items?
To return items, please send a free-form request to hello@andgoodagain.com with detailed order information: order number, date, item name, price, and delivery date. In the request, also include your bank account details for the refund. The money for returned items will be transferred via bank transfer only to the payer's bank account.
If returning the entire order, please package all the items listed on the order invoice and send them to the address below.
If returning part of the order, please first contact us by email. We will accept and refund only items that are unused, undamaged, and retain their original appearance.
